One content plan for Telegram, VK and MAX without copy-paste

Keep one idea and master post while adapting Telegram, VK and MAX only where the networks genuinely differ.

Telegram, VK and MAX are often used by the same project at the same time. The simplest but least convenient workflow is to create three almost identical rows for every idea and manually keep them in sync.

Start with one idea and one master post

The topic, factual basis, main copy, rubric and date should live in one place. This reduces the chance that the team fixes a mistake in Telegram and forgets to update VK or MAX.

Adapt only genuine differences

Create a separate version when copy length, tone, hashtags, media or poll behavior really changes. A different network name on its own is not a good reason to duplicate content.

Telegram works well for complete post cards and native polls

Decide whether the copy fits into the media caption or needs its own longer message. A native poll can stay attached to the same content item.

VK supports familiar community formats

Text, several photos, video and polls can stay inside the same planning grid while the rubric and date remain shared with other channels.

Keep MAX in the same editorial logic

The same core copy and visual can be reused for MAX, with format differences handled only where the actual publication needs them.

See the overall workflow on the social media content plan page.
