Public offer for SMM Posting services

This document is a public service offer of ООО «Гид Групп» (the Provider) governing paid access to the SMM Posting online service available at https://smmposting.com and related information-technology services. This English text is provided for convenience; where required by Russian law, the Russian-language version published on smmposting.ru prevails.

1. Service and scope

SMM Posting is a web service for content planning, sources and imports, team approval, publication to supported social networks and messengers, available analytics, automation and AI-assisted content workflows.

The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive right to remotely use SMM Posting within the selected plan and paid access period. Features, project limits, supported channels, price and other parameters are those shown in the Service interface when the order is created.

2. Acceptance

For paid services, this offer is accepted when the Customer pays an order created in SMM Posting. By paying, the Customer confirms that the selected plan, price, access period, optional auto-renewal terms, this offer and the Privacy Policy have been reviewed.

3. Functionality

Depending on the current version and plan, the Service may provide a content calendar, VK, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, MAX, YouTube, Instagram*, Threads*, Facebook*, TikTok and other supported channels, Google Sheets and RSS sources, file imports, media storage, approvals, team roles, automation, analytics, reports, notifications and AI tools.

External integrations require permissions, tokens or other access data supplied by the Customer. Availability depends on third-party APIs, rules, restrictions and technical status.

4. Plans and payment

Paid access is provided for the period stated at checkout. Prices are those shown immediately before payment. Future prices or plan composition may change without recalculating an already paid period.

Payments are processed through Robokassa or another payment method explicitly offered in the interface. SMM Posting does not receive or store full bank-card details. It stores the technical payment result, amount, transaction identifiers and accounting information required to activate and administer the service. An electronic fiscal receipt is issued where required by law.

5. Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal is optional and is activated only by an explicit Customer choice where recurring payments are supported. The Customer can disable it at any time; an already paid period remains active until its expiration date.

6. AI balance and own API keys

The AI balance is an internal prepayment accounting mechanism for operations performed through SMM Posting's system AI connection. It is not a bank account, electronic wallet or deposit. OpenRouter Free, a personal API key or a project API key does not consume the system AI balance when the interface expressly indicates that mode.

7. Customer responsibilities

• provide accurate account and payment information;
• ensure that published content is lawful and that necessary rights to texts, images, video and other materials are available;
• not use the Service for spam, unlawful activity or violations of third-party platform rules;
• protect credentials and revoke unnecessary external permissions;
• review publications, schedules and automation results before commercially or legally significant use.

8. AI and automation

AI-generated or AI-suggested material is auxiliary. The Customer must verify facts, wording, usage rights and platform compliance. The Provider does not guarantee uniqueness, absence of errors or fitness of an AI result for a particular purpose.

9. External platforms and limitation of liability

SMM Posting does not control third-party APIs and does not guarantee their permanent availability, successful moderation, reach, follower growth, sales, leads or other marketing outcomes. If a network request has an uncertain result, the Service may block an automatic repeat where repeating could create a duplicate.

10. Service delivery and acceptance

Access is considered provided from activation of the paid period and throughout that period. Failure to use available functionality does not by itself mean that access was not provided. Service-side availability issues should be reported through Support or to info@smmposting.ru.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are considered under applicable Russian law, taking into account the type of service, period of access actually provided and circumstances of the request. This offer does not establish an unconditional no-refund rule.

12. Intellectual property

Rights to SMM Posting software, interface, design and databases belong to the Provider or relevant rights holders. Customer content remains with the Customer or its rights holder; the Provider receives only the technical rights necessary to operate selected Service functions.

13. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes and termination

The Provider may develop and change the Service. Material unlawful use, security violations or violations of third-party rights may result in restriction of access to the extent necessary to stop the violation.
