MAX is often added to an existing editorial process alongside Telegram and VK. The main goal is not to create another separate content plan, but to integrate the channel into the current workflow and keep only the differences that actually matter.
Start from one master post
If the core message is the same across several networks, keep one main version. Create a MAX-specific variant only when the wording, attachments or audience interaction genuinely need to change.
Use files intentionally
MAX can include more than photos and video. When a document is involved, decide whether people really need the file itself or whether a link with a short explanation is clearer.
Account for poll differences
If the native poll experience differs from another network, the question and answer options should still make sense in a readable text representation. Check this before the post enters the queue.
Build a repeatable channel rhythm
For example: news on weekdays, educational content twice a week and product posts on selected days. A repeatable rhythm is easier to maintain than choosing every date from scratch.
Separate editorial preparation from delivery control
The editor owns the content, but the team should also check the technical result after delivery. A temporary platform problem should remain visible instead of silently disappearing.
Product publishing capabilities are covered on the MAX autoposting page.
